I have been coming to Mencap Liverpool since March 2011, and it has been one of the best decisions of my whole life. It has allowed me to meet and be inspired by the most amazing human beings I have ever met.
I am involved with a lot of different activities with Mencap Liverpool. My favorite ones are the Wednesday arts and crafts social, the Thursday drop-in and the running club on a Wednesday evening.
Over the years being involved with Mencap Liverpool has allowed me to increase my confidence immensely, make loads of new friends and feel happier in myself also. Mencap Liverpool holds a very special place in my heart.
