We’re national award winners!
We are delighted to announce we are a 2018 Weston Charity Awards winner and have received a core grant of £6,500 and a year’s strategic planning support.
The Weston Charity awards celebrate and support great front-line charities in the North of England, the Midlands and Wales with incomes under £5 million. The charities need to be delivering youth, welfare or community services. Nearly 200 small charities applied and Mencap Liverpool was chosen as one of only 20 winners.

Chief Exec Sarah and Chair Matt Smith were invited to a special launch event in Birmingham and made it back in time to bring the award to show our member steering group, New Directions. We also got some great coverage in the Liverpool Echo!
We excited about working with Pilotlight as this will help us deliver even more for our members in the future. We’ll keep you updated with how we get on!
