Run the Liverpool Marathon for Mencap Liverpool and pay NOTHING for your place!
On Sunday 14th October thousands of people will take on the second RunLiverpool Marathon. Take on the challenge and raise money for Mencap Liverpool! We are offering FREE marathon places for anyone who wants to run to raise money for us!
Why run for Mencap Liverpool?
Mencap Liverpool supports people with a learning disability, their families and carers across Merseyside.
We provide:
- support to families in crisis
- career and personal development coaching for people with a learning disability
- befriending and social activities
- workshops for people with a learning disability
- access to volunteering opportunities.
We also campaign for the rights of people with a learning disability, and work to stop Disability Hate Crime.

Our vision is a city where everyone is valued equally, listened to and included. We are linked to the national charity Mencap, but we are independently run and have to raise our own money to keep our services running.

No need to pay a deposit/entrance fee, all we ask is that you commit to raise £250 in sponsorship.
We can help you with your fundraising and training, and you will receive a Mencap Liverpool running vest with your name on.
