Peaky Climbers 3 Peaks Challenge!
On May Day bank holiday weekend, a minibus full of friends (including our very own student placement Jess) will be attempting to climb Ben Nevis in Scotland, Scafell Pike in England, and Snowdon in Wales, all within 24 hours.
This will be a huge challenge, and will involve walking about 26 miles, ascending 9800ft, driving 462 miles and burning about 8000 calories each over the course of the event!
The group initially wanted to do this for fun but later decided they wanted to use this as an opporunity to raise money .
Mencap Liverpool are one of the groups chosen charities, for which we are very grateful. To sponsor the challenge;

Good luck to the team.
