The Government has now finalised the new assessment for PIP, the benefit set to replace Disability Living Allowance (DLA). Mencap is running a survey in partnership with Disability Rights UK to look at how PIP will affect disabled people.

Mencap’s version of the survey is aimed at people with a learning disability or someone completing it on behalf of someone with a learning disability. We are keen to hear from people with a learning disability – across all rates of DLA – and / or their family carers about what they think of PIP and whether or not they think it will work for them.
