Mencap Liverpool’s Hailey Wood Wins National Learning Disability Award 2015
Last week Sarah and Hailey headed to Birmingham to attend the award ceremony for the National Learning Disability Awards 2015.
They had a fantastic evening and we are so pleased to say that our very own Hailey WON the award for Trainer of the Year.
Hailey had this to say about her award winning moment.

“I am truly honoured to have won Trainer of the Year 2015 – it still hasn’t quite sunk in! It was a fantastic evening, topped off with a fantastic achievement. However, I cannot take all the credit; the people I work with and support are my inspiration to create a society that is accessible and aware, and to empower people with a learning disability to achieve their goals. Thank you for encouraging me to become the trainer that I am and thank you so much to the team at Mencap Liverpool for all your support.”
