On 16 August our trustee Matthew Smith and his wife Lucy will take on the Cotswolds 10 kilometre marathon open water swim to raise money for Mencap Liverpool.

The EPIC swim is 10km is 6.21 miles, 400 lengths of the pool, about 15,000 front crawl strokes or 5000 breaths!
