Learning about Healthy Living

I decided to take part in the Healthy Me workshops as I wanted to learn more about looking after health.

I am learning about what food to eat to keep healthy I enjoy eating carrots, sprouts, runner beans, cauliflower all of which are healthy things to eat.
We get to try new healthy snack each week and learn about different topics like visiting the doctor, exercise and healthy drinks.
I am very healthy but this is helping me learn new things which will also make me healthy.
