We are looking for runners to take part in the Liverpool Fun Run on 9th August 2009.

Currently in its second year, the Liverpool big fun run is a great opportunity to do some exercise and have fun at the same time. The 3 mile route is achievable for children and adults, so the whole family can get involved.

The course takes you around Liverpool’s beautiful Sefton Park, which has previously been compared to New York’s Central Park!

Every Mencap runner will receive:

* a fundraising pack with sponsorship forms
* a free running t-shirt
* a medal
* a bottle of water and goody bag
* lots of support and encouragement!

If you would like to support local children and adults with a learning disability and are looking for a fun challenge this is the event for you!

The run costs £8 for adults and £5 for concessions.
