A brand new social day is being launched for adults with a learning disability, their carers and support staff, in Liverpool.

‘Funtastic Fridays’ offers a variety of activities for you to enjoy, including pool, karaoke, films, sports, Wii games and table tennis.

A community café will be available on site for those who want to buy lunch – you are also welcome to bring a packed lunch with you. Refreshments and snacks will also be available to purchase.

Funtastic Fridays will kick off on 9th March at Kirkdale Community Centre, 238a Stanley Rd, Kirkdale, L5 7QP. Held every Friday, these fantastic sessions will run from 11am to 3pm.

It costs just £1.50 to join in, which includes a free tea or coffee (unpaid carers go free).
