It was an issue that came up at the Mencap Liverpool Annual General Meeting, what happens to someone with a learning disability when their parents/carers are gone?

Royal Mencap’s Wills & Trusts team are running a series of free information sessions that parents and carers can come along to and find out more about setting up wills and trusts for the benefit of someone with a learning disability. The event is delivered by an experienced local specialist.

The event is on Tuesday 24th November 2009 from 12.30 PM – 2.30 PM at Concert Room, Western Rooms, Liverpool Cathedral, St James’ Mount, Upper Duke Street, Liverpool, L1 7AZ (see a map).
