Following on from Mencap Liverpool’s ‘Make it Better’ investigation into hospital expereinces, we would like to encourage you to get involved in Liverpool’s Health Assessment Framework:

Family carers are invited to attend a meeting about making health services better for people with learning disabilities.   You can go to any one of these meetings (whichever is most convenient)

Meeting 1: 5^th July     10.30am – 1.00pm

Venue: Walton Cornerstones

Meeting 2: 7^th July       10.30 – 1.00pm

Venue: Family Carers Centre

Local Solutions, Mount Vernon Green

Meeting 3: 9^th July         11.00am – 1.00pm

Venue: Olive Mount (Training Room), Wavertree
