Sheldon and Brian recently completed a Cycle Leaders Course with Bike Right.

The course involved classroom based exercises were we learnt about cycling safety, road awareness, and supporting a cycling group.

The practical exercise involved planning a cycle route for a group, performing a risk assessment and going out on the route on our bikes.

It was a great day and Sheldon and Brian really enjoyed it and are pleased to now be Mencap Liverpool’s Cycle Leaders.
