Last week, in our volunteering session we prepared letters for sending information to all the different city safe haven places where we are visting next week. We will be delivering  a short training session to the staff at the venues.

The aim of the session is to make people more aware and understand learning disability.

What we would like people to be aware of is that a learning disability is not mental health.

We both volunteer at Mencap Liverpool’s office on a Thursday afternoon it will be great to see you there!
