Calling All Talent: Young DaDaFest Workshops need You!
Young DaDaFest Workshops
Showcasing the creativity of disabled and deaf young people from Merseyside.
Do you have an enthusiasm and keen interest in Dance, Acting or Singing, would you like to perform at a prestigious theatre? Are you aged between 12 to 25 and disabled, deaf or living with a long term illness or condition?
We are looking for young people to take part in a series of workshops to create a performance for this year’s Young DaDaFest on Thursday 17th July 2014. The event will take place from 6pm to 8:30pm at the Everyman Theatre. Young DaDaFest is planned and organised by our Young Peoples Leadership Group.
We will run three sets of workshops on the following dates:
Singing: Monday 23rd and 30th June, 7th and 14th July from 4pm to 6pm
Acting: Tuesday 17th and 24th June, 1st, 8th and 15th July from 4pm to 6pm
Dance: Wednesdays 18th and 25th June and 2nd, 9th and 16th July from 3:45pm to 5:45pm
Workshops will be held in Liverpool City Centre locations. Access support and transport can be provided for you to attend the workshops and event.
The deadline for you to contact us for a place on the workshops is Friday 6th June; unfortunately we cannot offer anyone a place after this date.
