Mencap Liverpool invite you to our Annual General Meeting. It’s on Friday 9th October 2009 at 7 PM at Greenbank Sports Academy Rathbone Room, Greenbank Lane, Liverpool, L17 1AG.

Tea, Coffee, Juice and Biscuits will be served from 7 PM. There will be information for you to look at and interesting people to speak to

At 7.30 PM we hope to have a short sketch from ‘The Company of Friends’

The formal part of the evening will begin at 7.45 PM.

We will share what we’ve been doing over the past year. We will also tell you about our plans for the future and ask you to tell us what you think of them. We hope to be finished by 8.30 PM.

Greenbank Sports Academy is very close to Sefton Park. View map. If you will be coming by public transport, you can find a journey planner on Mersey Travel.
