Adam’s Round the World Challenge Blog 5 – Exercising with a Gladiator
As part of The Round the World Challenge
We started introducing ourselves and then got shown the different types of weapons the gladiators used we then started doing some, Stretching Exercises to help get use into shape.
We then all took in turns to throw the net on the cross like shaped object, I managed to get it on the first throw.
I would like to do more of the gladiator training in the future as it was very useful and exciting and it helps you get fit and healthy.
