Adam’s Round the World Challenge Blog 3
I have recently started going back the gym. I have done 2 hours of work out since this week and last week.
I go to the gym every Monday and Tuesday starting at 10:20 to 11:20 I go on the following apparatus,
• cycle,
• running,
• rower
My favourite is the rower as I have now spent more time on that one, and it’s the one that gives me the most enjoyment on. Going to the gym is helping me get fit and toned up and will like to continue going and take part in other sports along the way.
