Work for us- Jobs

Thanks to funding from the National Lottery Community Fund, and the success of our little Coffee Shop, we have some fantastic job opportunities to offer!

First off:  We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Centre Manager to join our team! This is a full-time role, based at our lovely Community Cottage in Crosby.

As the Centre Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the centre’s operations, including managing staff, coordinating events, ensuring health and safety regulations are followed, and maintaining excellent customer service.

We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record in managing a similar role. You should also have a genuine passion for providing exceptional service to our member and our customers as well as ensuring the centre runs smoothly and efficiently. Essentially we’re looking for someone who enjoys spinning a lot of plates.  Every day will be different and you’ll have a lot of fun!

Please note we will be reviewing applications on a rolling basis. All candidates who meet the essential criteria for the role will be invited for an interview.
