Our office hours are 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday, and you are welcome to drop in Monday- Thursday 10am-4pm to speak somebody if you want a quick chat and a cuppa. However, please bear in mind that some staff work part-time and others (particularly outreach staff), are often out on visits. So, if you’re making a special journey, please ring in advance to check.
We are based on Hope Street, next to the Philharmonic Hall and opposite the hope street hotel. It’s a short walk from either cathedral, and there are lots of nice cafes and restaurants close by.

There is lots of on-street car parking available and there is often space right outside the building. It is £1.10 per half hour for a maximum stay of 2 hours. If you have a Blue Badge, there is reserved free parking in Caledonia Street.
